About RAIN 08
The field of Interventional Neuroradiology has grown to
spectacular heights in the last two decades saving lives of several
patients from complex neurological problems. RAIN 08 again provides
the international update on neurointerventions to obtain a fine edge in
technique and management issues of recent advancement in intracranial
aneurysm treatment and the newer concepts in the management of brain
AVM.
The Highlights of RAIN 08 include organised live
demonstration from two Angiosuites ( 1-biplane dedicated neurolab,
1-flat panel DSA lab ). We hope to demonstrate 12-15 complex
neurovascular procedures such as baloon remodelling, stent assisted
coiling, double stenting, stent graft in complex aneurysms and advanced
techniques in AVM. Further, detailed product demonstration
by different vendors, problem oriented discussion and lectures of
current interest will be an added attraction.
